Evalyn Sadlier Jones Child Care And Learning Center is located on the campus of Pines of Sarasota and is a provider of Florida's Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten. We are currently participating in Sarasota County's "Look for the Stars" Quality Improvement System. We are enjoying a 4 star rating (out of 5 stars) for "Consistently High Quality" of care.

The center is licensed for up to 80 children, ages six weeks through Pre-Kindergarten. The pleasant learning center environment offers children innovative, developmentally appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
The opportunity to interact with residents through storytelling, arts and crafts, and entertainment enriches understanding and appreciation between diverse generations. The Learning Center is operated by Constance Snyder, an experienced Director, with a degree in Early Childhood Education. The professional staff at the Learning Center hold degrees and/or credentials in Early Childhood Education and are trained to give special attention to each child's individual needs.
Who Is Eligible And How Do I Apply?
Any member of the community is eligible to apply. Applicants are considered on a first-come, first-served basis and applications are available at the center. If there is not a vacancy at the time you make the application, you will be placed on a waiting list and notified when a vacancy is available.
Prior to enrollment, a tour of the Center will be provided and policies will be explained during a meeting with the Center's director and the child's teacher.
Our teachers know the importance of helping a child develop as a whole person, both physically and mentally, at their own pace.
